Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Car Repossess
My car got repossess nine business days ago. When I called the rep. told me that I had nine days for the deadline to come up with the total pay off amount of $2800 of the car. As of Oct 12, I am three months behind on my payment. My question is by law, How many days should I have to come up with the money & Can I just pay up to current and continue to pay my regular monthly payments? What do I need to do to get my car back? today is the deadline.

Re: Car Repossess
The LAW is the contract with the seller..always look to that contract and you will usually find the seller has all the LAW in his favor.
