Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
new car title sent in error showing no lien
I recently purchased a new car and financed 100%. Before I got my coupon for the payment book I recieved the title to the vehicle showing no liens as if I had paid cash for the car.
QUESTION...Am I obligated in any way to pay ???
