Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
car title
Is there anything that can be done to get a toyota dealership to provide permanent tags they promised. They say they can't find the title. Can't they apply for a ''lost title'' It has been 2 months!

Re: car title
"Can't find it"? That is complete bull. This should have happened within 30 days and you should have seen the title the day you bought the vehicle.

Re: car title
Yes, since the dealership still owns the vehicle, they can certainly apply to the DMV for a title to replace the one which has been supposedly lost or misplaced.
