Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Car towed
My apartment complex had my car towed b/c it had been parked in the same place for over two weeks. I had lost my key and was waiting for a replacement. The tow bill is over $300. If I didn't violate any rules, am I responsible or are they?

Re: Car towed
You need to review the terms of your lease and see if there is any paragraphs indicating that you can not leave your vehicle in the apartment complex as a storage facility. Also, see if there is anything in the lease regarding notice by the apartment or by you as to why your vehicle was towed. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
