Can a case be filed in Texas (my residence) against a corporation in Las Vegas if he "harm" was done in Las Vegas?

Do you have a written contract that specifies where suit will be filed? If not, as a general (many exceptions) rule, the suit needs to filed in the jurisdiction where the defendant is located. Even if you are proceeding pro se, consider paying an attorney to review your situation and advise you on the proper course to take. Good luck.
