Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

Chase Credit Card

I came to USA 6 months ago, I opened a CHASE Checking Account. I applied Credit Card, gave all documents and waited a long time. The CHASE representative lost my documents. I could not get credit card for 5 months. I applied again after 5 months. Their answer is ''You had enough time to get credit, but you did not ''. How can i make Credit History without credit card. I`ll marry this summer. I had to make credit history. I`m emotionally depressed, now. I`m a perfect costumer, I pay everything on time. I want to sue CHASE. What do you suggest?

Re: Chase Credit Card

You can apply for a credit card from a different bank/company. If you are unhappy with Chase Bank, move your account, and tell the bank your reasons for moving your account, you might get some satisfaction.
