Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Collect dameges
An electric utility company disconnected my service in error. I was without electricity for several days before it was reconnected. I stayed in hotel and with friends for several days and ruined my food in the freezer.
I want them to reinburse me and pay punetive dameges for there stupedity. Who do I contact in a large electric utility company.

Go to the website for the customer service center. Send them a certified letter that explains what happened, and list your damages, and the total amount owed to you. You should be reimbursed promptly.
