concurrent warranties
Is it legal to sell two warranties that both cover parts and service on a consumer electronics device?

Sure. There could be differences between them or maybe one is from a more trustworthy party.

It's not proper if both cover the same things for the same time. But if the coverage or time is different, then they really aren't the same warrantys.
