Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
condo rental
I reserved a condo with 3 beds for 3 nights, 3 adults. upon check in, they put us in a different room with only 2 beds. had to sleep on a couch. they would not reaccomodate or return my calls. am i entitled to any compensation?

If your reservation was confirmed and you have it in writing, you are entitled to sue them for the difference in price of the different condos. Good Luck.
