Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Consumer Law
I paid in advance for pilot training. I had 5,000 left over when I was finished with my training. I have waited 45 days for my refund and still have not received my money. What is the legal time limit for this company to give me my money back and what recourse do I have if they take much longer?

Re: Consumer Law
Unless it is in your contract, there is not legal time period. You need to talk with them and then send a formal demand for the money. I can assist you with the demand letter if you wish.
