Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Contract Law
I agreed to buy a mobile home, and have been paying on it for approximatley 10 months. I called the finance company to find out what my payoff amount is and they told me that it was $4,000.00 more than the amount financed. What should I do and who should I talk to about this?
