Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
contract release
we signed a contract to have a pool built. Our lender, who was recommended by the pool company owner refused to fund the loan through the pool company. The pool copmany owner told us to find another lender. We already have a lender and have been aprroved through them. do we still have to honor that contract?

Re: contract release
It depends on what the contract says..but you would be wise to get a release..and ask your lender as it may not approve the pool company..ie..the pool may have bad record..
