Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

contract terms

I purchased a new vehicle w/an agreed-upon 0% interest rate. One week after signing the contract & taking possession of the vehicle, the salesman called & said that they weren't supposed to offer 0% on 2008 vehicles. The best they could offer, he said, would be 5.9% & would we be willing to do that? Our contract was approved by the manager & finance manager before we signed all the papers. Are we required to change the terms agreed upon before signing?
