Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
contractual liability
The company that services our uniforms sold to another company. Is our contract still valid with the new company even though we did not sign a contract with them and they are giving us lousy service?

wITHOUT LOOKING AT THE CONTRACTS, A LAWYER COULD NOT KNOW...BUT USUALLY CONTRACTS ARE ASSIGNABLE..

Usually the original company can sell the contract to another company/person. We'd need to read your contract to answer your question.
