Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas

Convenient store

I worked at a convient store, as a deli cook. I recently quit because there was conflict between another co-worker and myself, she simply didn't like me. I have never actually met this woman, we never had a shift together, she decided she didn't like me. About a week after i quit, this woman that didn't like me heard I was talking about her, and threatened to kill me if ''her name came out of my mouth again'', this happened at that store. Because of this incident I was turned down as a customer and was asked to leave by owner, is there anything that can be done? I was treated wrongfully and did nothing wrong.

Re: Convenient store

Someone threatening to kill you can be considered a terroristic threat. If you are genuinely in fear for your safety contact the police. Otherwise there are, in fact, some things that are to silly to seek legal advice about. Don't shop there!
