copyright or pattened
a board game does it need to be copyrighted or pattened. can someone lead me in the right direction. also is the spelling bee (bee being a picture of a bee) is that copyrighted. how do i get this board game going? how do i go about registering the game.

A board game would be copyrighted. You can contact the Copyright Office at the Library of Congress for information and forms for copyrighting.
