Is it legal to sell replica purses in the US or to other countries with a disclaimer clearly let your customers know that the items they are buying are replica, look-a likes etc..

Your proposal resolves the problem of fraud -- in that you are not defrauding the public. If your product is so similar in design and appearance that it still replicates the original, patented product, then you have infringed on their trademark.
