Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I cosigned a pair of rims and tires for a friend last year. Total of $1800. we have an agreement paper stating hes responsible for all debt, fees, and payments for the rims and tires even though im primary. Hes been missing payments for 8 months now. Can i take him to small claim court?

Yes, but write him first and tell him he has breached the agreement and that you demand he pay off the debt.
