Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Co-signing on a loan
I have a friend who co-signed a car note for her son. He works, makes good money, but now refuses to pay his car note. He is, at this date, 3 months behind and now the loan company is calling my friend. Is there anyway legal she can get out of paying his car note or making good on the arrear portion, then getting her name off the note?
