Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Credit card company
I had a creditor contact my work saying he was a lawyer. He claimed to be starting a lawsuite on a debt that was charged off 8 months ago. Where do I stand?

if you have the name etc..you could sue them for FDCA violations
