Credit Card Min Purchase
It is legal for a store to have a min purchase for credit cards?

Actually, purchasing on a credit card is service that the store can choose to provide -- or not. As such, they can attach restrictions to the service they provide. It is a private company, and it is capitalism at its most basic.
