Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
My daughter cancelled her wedding and the individual who was supplying some of the decorations told her that she was not refunding her money because she had a no refund policy. She does not have it written anywhere nor did she ever state it prior to the request for the refund. Can she not refund the money?

She can but may not have to make refund. Depending on the amount, it may not be economical to sue.
