Day Care Infractions
I would like to know what the legal ramifications are for a daycare to dispense over the counter medications, without dircet approval or notification from the parents.

None. If there are any ramifications, you would need to review your contract, and you would need to establish damages. It is not enough to sustain a lawsuit that someone has done something wrong, one has to show that they have suffered damages as a result of that wrong.
