Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
dealer fees
I am in TX and I am about to buy this car for $5995. When I sit down to sign all the papaerwork I noticed these 3 charges
Doc Fee $50.00
Loan Origination $125
Weekly Loan Service $125
Are these fees legal? I am going to make payments directly to the dealer, buy here-pay here system, no banks or any financial institucion is involved in this transaction. Good thing about, No interes charges,

Re: dealer fees
I bet that "weekly loan service" charge is the same thing as interest and probably violates TX usury laws. If you want my assistance on this matter, contact me by email.
