Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Dealership still hasn't paid off my trade-in...It has been almost 2 months and my credit is about to be negatively affected. The dealership gives me the run around every time I call about it. What should I do?

Sue them for breach of contract.
You'll need to find out whom you should serve - if the business is incorporated, you serve the registered agent for service. You can check assumed name records at the county clerk's office to make sure you're serving the right person.
