Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
debit card charge
July 4, 2008, I ordered a shirt on line and charged it to my debit card. Merchandise has not been received and I have been unable to contact seller. What recourse do I have?

Re: debit card charge
Have you contested the charge, and ask that it be charged back?
If you cannot get relief that way, you will have to sue the seller. (which under the circumstances is probably not feasible financially).
