Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Deceptive trade practice
Can an automobile dealership give you a contract with agreements discussed between consumer and saleperson to agree to a certain price and duration of payment and submit a different statement added to contract after submitting to business office but not discussed with the client until after 60 payments have been made on the vehicle and say this was a lease agreement not a purchase agreement when the contract states that it is a sales agreement of 66 payments.

Read your contract very carefully to make sure they haven't retained that option. Then contact the consumer protection division of the state's attorney general's office and let them know what this dealership is trying to pull.
Keep making the payments you originally agreed to.
