Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
defective oven
I bought a new oven in 03/05. For the past 2 or three mos. the front panel just keeps falling off. Called the company's consumer relations and they sent their tech out for free. The tech said the adhesive they use is not strong enough & have to replace door. The co. has agreed that it should not happen and will pay parts but not labor to fix because it is over 1 year old. I feel I have a defective product and think they should pay labor as well. How do I make this happen?

Re: defective oven
There are no guarantees that it would happen, but you can spend a good deal more in attorney fees than labor to replace the door.
