Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Denial of sale
I recently purchased a dress on the Internet and the company denied/cancelled my purchase (after charging my visa) because they said they made a mistake (typographic error) on the price.
By law, can they cancel my order after charging it?
Thanks,

Re: Denial of sale
You should contact your credit card company and instruct them to dispute this charge on the basis that the vendor cancelled your order and goods were not shipped to you.
