Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
If a dish network manger calls you a f__ing B___h, but the call was not recorded because it was a manager. Then when questioned she simply replied the phone call was never completed. Is there a way out of their contract?

Write a letter to the company - PAPER LETTER, no phone calls or emails - put a DATE on the letter, and keep a copy - tell Dish Network exactly what happened (dates, names, quotations), and then tell them you are canceling the contract.
And don't send them another dime.
