Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Dry cleaner lost my clothes
The dry cleaner lost my clothes and is saying that because of there ticket receipt, which I received after giving him my clothes and paying for the services in advance, that ''the company's liability with respect to any lost article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it''. The dry cleaning is $1.50 per article, but $15.00 would not even be a third of the cost of my slacks and shirts. What can I do?
Thanks

Look into small claims court.
You could do this yourself or with the assistance of an attorney.
