Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
dtpa cases and legal fees
If I hire an attorney to handle my case on a contingency basis, how much of the total settlement am I entitled to after court costs and fees? In other words, am I entitled to only the original amount we sue for or do I get a straight percentage of the total if we win after court costs and filing fees are paid?
