I bought a '' NEW Dewalt'' miter saw on Ebay. When the saw was received it was damaged. Will the seller have to pay the return shipping cost are will I , since I have already paid to receive the saw. This was sent fron the State of MD. and are there any other Rights I have to correct the problem?

Re: Ebay sell not as decribed
Your rights through Ebay are found on their website. They can do a lot to help you and put pressure on the seller. If you paid by PayPal, then you'll need to file a complaint with them also so they will stop payment so you can get your money back. I doubt the sell will ask for the saw back.
