Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
EBey Item never received
I bought a bumper for a 68 firebird from a guy on ebay in october and never received it. He said it was a buddy of his he was selling it for. I have had numurous email with this guy. He said it was lost in shipping. At first he said he would return my money, then he said he would give me the bumper off his car. Now its february any no bumper.
I saved all emails with him. What do I do?

As you have done, document everything, keep a journal of your letters, phone calls, who you talked to, matters discussed etc. This will be of help later if you need to turn to it.
Start with Ebay as they should have policies for such an occurance. Look on the help pages and call them if you need.
In addition, contact a attorney to discuss your options and by all means act quickly, depending on the state you have a certain time limitations to file a lawsuit if you need to do so. If you talk with a Texas attorney, ask the pros and cons about filing in a JP court versus County Court.
