Is e-mail agreement a contract or enforceable?
I am in the process of buying a car. The dealer agrees in his e-mail to sell me a car at a price. I gave him a credit card number for a non-refundable deposit to get the exact car I want. The car is now here, but he wants another $1000. Is the e-mail agreement enforcable as a contract?

It is enforceable. Beware the fine print, references to other terms and conditions, and other costs usual and customary that have not been stated; i.e. TT&L.
