Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
email scam
A ebay item for sale...seller ends auction then ask me to send a check for 2 disneyworld passes. I send the check to his po box and never recived the tickets...he claims he sent them, but he was suppose to send them overnight with confirmaton which was our agreement.

Not sure what you paid for the tickets, but doubt if it will be worth it financially to pursue him. Report him to ebay.
