Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Employer overpaid and requests money back
I worked for a company (SBC Yellow Pages) that paid it's employeed base + commission. I left the company in june of last year and I received a letter in the mail a couple weeks ago saying they overpaid me and how do I want to pay it back. They did not give me a reason, only a due date of May 4 for me to reply back. Please let me know what to do. Thanks

Reply back by the 4th asking for an explanation of how and when you were supposedly over-paid.
