Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Enforce Judgment
I am having a hard time collecting a judgement of $2800 and would like to hire a lawyer to help collect the money owed from a person in Texas. I have a judgement and it is registered in Texas from Iowa. Do I need to be in contact with a lawyer in Iowa or Texas. I am asking basically because law guru has helped greatly in the past and would like to give a lawyer the opportunity if someone is interested. Let me know if you have a question.
