Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
false advertisement
major car manufacturer has On Star as a standard feature on pre-owned vehicle. Well my vehicle is not equipped. Call the company and was told that maybe the previous owner opt-out to have the On Star feature installed. But how is that when it can only be done during the manufacturing of the vehicle. Dont really believe that was the issue. Not sure why is was not installed, misleading/false alvertisement. Should I pursue

call your local dealer and you will discover it can be waived...

You can pursuit it, but it will cost you time, money and perhaps a piece of mind.
