Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
False Advertising, refuses refund
I booked a ticket online because the ticket said it was a first class ticket, it isn't, it is a coach ticket. The agent refuses to refund my money or exchange it to another airline. What can I do?
Thank You.

You can sue the agent for the difference in value between the First Class ticket you thought you were buying, and the Coach ticket you actually received.
You might want to speak with a lawyer about proving up the case as a Deceptive Trade Practices action for triple damages.
