Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Final Car Payment
I have made my final car payment, but the finance company is saying, I still owe $2300 in interest. I made all 66 payments. Can the finance company repo my car for not paying the interest?

Re: Final Car Payment
If you haven't made the payments as agreed, they can repo the car. Why do they say you owe $2300 in interest? You want to explain that to me at my email address. They may be in violation of consumer and debt collection laws.
