Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
concerning food bought at a restaurant
we bought a pizza for our kids for lunch. we noticed it was uncooked and raw on the bottom of the pizza.do we have any legal action towards the restaurant.

To sustain a cause of action for product liability, you have to have damages. Since they did not eat the pizza, and did not get sick or incur damages, you would not be able to recover. Alternatively, you may want to contact the restaurant and negotiate some free pizza.
