in 1999 we purchased 1997 dodge truck from a auto dealer and paid by check 29,000.00 and never recieved the title everytime we questioned him he had some excuse or the other we have now lesrned that he pleaged our title against his floor paln at the bank we do not understand how someone can pledge something they never owed and we paid for in full. the bank will give us no answers can you please help

It's possible that you could sue the dealer for several things, including Deceptive Trade Practices, which could get you triple damages and attorneys fees. Call me at 713-465-1456 if you have a question.
