Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Fraudulant sales tactics
We purchased a hot tub from the Morgan Dealer on Friday with our Discover Card, paid in full. On Saturday they call to tell us that it had already been sold and they would not give us the same model because the price on the one we bought was too low. They will refund the money, but will not sell us the same model hot tub for the agreed upon price. I have a signed contract from them.

Re: Fraudulant sales tactics
Review the contract, look for loopholes that may give them an out. If you see none, then you could sue to enforce the contract. If you win in a lawsuit, they will be responsible for paying your attorney's fees.
Contact a local attorney and discuss your options.
