Can a lender, i.e. finance company whom a vehicle is financed through Not offer a grace period for payment?
If not, what are my legal options?

Re: Grace Period of Payment
A lender certainly may offer a grace period but the law does not require them to, aside from any provision which may be in the written loan documents. In other words, if the loan documents provide for a grace period, you have a grace period. Otherwise, its totally up to the discretion of the lender whether to allow a grace period.
