Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I sent a gun into a company to have some work on it. After they received the rifle, the have changed the specifications of their work that are way outside my acceptable limits. They still advertise on their website, but will not honor it. Also, they change the pricing well after I sent my rifle in and they won't do honor the price they quoted over the phone and they won't send my gun back. What do I do?

Based on what you have written, you need to let the gun company know that you want them to honor their agreement in writing. If they are not willing to honor the price over the phone then you may want to just get your gun back and take it to another repair facility. You might want to take a look at the terms of the agreement advertised on their website to see if you waived any rights.
