Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Me and this guy were checking out at walmart and as I was writing the check he walks out to his vehicle, the checker tells me they cant take my check and then tells me to go find her merchandise, well the guy already has it in the truck and says fuck them hes not taking it back in. Walmart has my check and Id so now what ??

wierd...surprised walmart let u leave with merchandise..and they didn't call police..what do u want to do?? if check is good..ok, if not, expect the police
