Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
I hired a moving company last summer and paid them to move my household goods from Wisconsin to Tx. I was recently contacted by some other moving company saying they were contracted to move my stuff by the original company and since the original company did n0t pay them , I have to. I paid the original company on the day of the move. Can this other company really come after me?
