home warranty
bought a house with kimball hill homes which came with a 10 yr warranty on the found ation .. on yr 9 we contacted kimball hill the sent someone out to see ... there after sent an engineer contractor to do the survey on the foundation... gave me a certified document with with a seals stating his conclusion ... ''no structural damage or failure of the foundation system was observed and no foundation repairs are recommended for structural purposes'' 3 yrs later noticed that cracks were getting worst and doors and such... got a 2nd opinion and he said .. the report from the previous engineer was not correct . we did in deed need to repair the foundation ... tried to get a hold of kimbal hilll but i have no clue what to do should i go threw the bankruptcy courts.... or try to go after the engineer company... alll i know is . i did everything i needed to do . and now im getting screwed out of my money . if you ask me . i personally think the 1st engineer got paid to say that the home was ok . so what can i do ? ... any help would be appreciated

Re: home warranty
is Kimball in bankruptcy? is it still viable? who was engineer...and if from big firm, perhaps had insurance, if not..??big problem is collecting for damages..and you will be out a good sum..Have you contacted your homeowner's insurance??it should cover...contact a lawyer experienced in homeowner's claims..as we are..but it is expensive
