Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Interference with business
We carry a line of baggage for a company in Scotland. When they agreed to us representing them they said we could not sell below retail. Since that time they are selling to Target and Target is pricing our products for less then we are purchasing them wholesale. Can we do something about this?

Re: Interference with business
Possibly, although it strongly depends upon how your contract is written.
Dropping the line is purely a business decision so you'd have to see whether carrying the line and trying to shut down Target's sales is worth the very expensive litigation.
